| This is yet another Venetian original which is a blend of cow's and goat's milk, aged three months, and covered with oregano, marjoram, sesame and parsley. The name means "seasoned" in dialect. The cheese is creamy and smooth with a balanced finish, which hints of all the herbs. Seasonal, when goats milk is unavailable, sometimes sheep is available. |
