Gorgonzola Dolce


In Italy this cheese is called Gorgonzola Dolce as it is a "dolce" or gentle version of the well-known blue-cheese. Italian Dolce Gorgonzola is a special treat. This mild gorgonzola is extremely creamy and has a sweeter flavor, which is excellent as a dessert cheese. It has a pale -colored paste with blue veining and very little smell.
