Berkshire Bark sources local ingredients whenever they can...the Coffee Beans come from their neighbors at the Barrington Coffee Roasting Company, local Cape Code growers provide the cranberries, and their caramel is made with the cream and butter from a local Jersey cow farm. In addition, they zest all citrus fruits by hand and roast all nuts by hand in small batches.
