MONS SAINT ROMAIN QUARTER 1/20LB PRE-ORDER
Saint Romain is a signature creation from Maison Mons, a raw cow's milk cheese recognised by its glossy black rind. Inspired by the Jura tradition, it pays homage to the Gamay Saint-Romain grape of the Côte Roannaise, whose marc extract is used to wash and colour its rind. On a cheeseboard, it brings character without overpowering the rest of the selection.
