The benefactor of a viral TikTok trend, this havarti-like cheese tastes pretty much like its name suggests. Made by the German milk cooperative Ammerlander, this mild and creamy cheese is great for melting and sandwiches, or for stuffing large chunks into whole airfried sweet potatoes and eating it like a sandwich (check out the tiktok video - its either really amazing or mildly disturbing).
